Catherine Ewell serves as EAB’s Senior Vice President of Member Success. In that role, she helps member institutions identify and leverage EAB research, resources, and services to achieve their individual goals and objectives.
Catherine and her team are relentlessly committed to the success of EAB members. They ensure that members obtain significant value from their research and technology memberships by working to advance both strategic and day-to-day initiatives on each member campus.
Catherine previously served as the General Manager of EAB’s Decision Support & Analytics solutions, overseeing the development and delivery of technology and benchmarks that help administrators make effective management decisions. Prior to joining EAB, Catherine held a number of leadership roles in her 17-year tenure with The Advisory Board Company’s health care division.
Catherine is proud to serve as the Executive Sponsor for Out@EAB, the firm’s LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group. She is passionate about leadership development and has facilitated trainings for EAB leaders at all levels on topics ranging from accountability to maximizing energy. She holds a BS in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University.
