About Christina

Christina Hubbard is a Director with EAB. As a member of the cohort services team for Navigate, she conducts research on community college best practices in student success, guided pathways, student onboarding, and working with vulnerable student populations. 
Prior to joining EAB, Dr. Hubbard has spent nearly two decades in the field of higher education and has spent the past eight years working in a variety of roles at a community college where she gained experience in program management, academic advising, financial aid, teaching online, workforce development, and community engagement.
Dr. Hubbard holds a PhD in education from George Mason University, where she published her dissertation on the role of holistic advising on the persistence of adult community college students. She also has a Master of Education in Student Affairs from Regent University and a certificate in College Counseling from UCLA Extension.
