In an effort to better serve its students, the requesting institution was interested in strategies for integrating academic and career advising programs. Integrating career and academic advising promotes thoughtful connections between students' career and academic goals and ensures a comprehensive advising experience. In this brief, the council outlines three formal collaboration models and highlights several university tactics to implement and strengthen collaboration within the office and with the campus community.
