Renee serves as EAB’s Chief Talent Officer. In this capacity, she leads all of EAB’s talent-related functions, including recruiting, diversity and inclusion, employee experience, and benefits. Across her more than 15 years at the firm, Renee has served in a number of different roles, including strategic relationship management, the operational planning of new product launches, and the execution of an innovative cross-division sales model. Across these varied assignments, Renee’s passion for building careers, enhancing engagement, and driving continuous personal and professional development has animated her work.
Renee holds a BA in Public Administration from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
Scott first joined EAB’s predecessor, The Advisory Board Company in 1987 and became Chief Research Officer in March 2000. Scott led the launch of EAB in 2007, working closely with college and university leaders to develop the firm’s first research memberships for education. Since that time, Scott has continued to lead EAB’s research team—now 150+ strong—in finding and forging best practices to make education smarter.
Scott previously served in various senior management capacities with Advisory Board Company and also worked in Ernst & Young's health care consulting practice. Scott received a BA from Johns Hopkins University and an MA from Harvard University.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael serves as the CFO of EAB. He joined EAB’s predecessor company, The Advisory Board Company, in 1998 and became the Chief Financial Officer in February 2006 and Treasurer in March 2007. Prior to his current role, Michael held a variety of positions across the finance group, including serving as Senior Director of Finance, where he was responsible for most finance operations, including the overall financial strategy and budgeting process, as well as a number of other accounting functions.
Michael has a BS in Economics from Duke University.
Executive Vice President
Matthew serves as Executive Vice President overseeing the operations of EAB in its research, technology and enrollment services divisions. Matthew leads cross-division strategic planning, budget operations and projections, and firm-wide operational priorities. Since joining the firm in 1997, Matthew has had extensive experience in pricing and contracting strategy, developing management and incentive schemes for commercial teams, and serving as executive sponsor for acquisition integrations.
Matthew received a B.A. from American University and, as a Marshall Scholar, an M.A. from Bradford University and M.B.A. from Imperial College, both in the U.K.
President, Enrollment Services
As President of EAB’s Enrollment and Advancement Marketing Services, Chris is responsible for developing and implementing innovative, data-driven strategies that create extraordinary undergraduate and adult learner enrollment and alumni fundraising outcomes for the colleges and universities we serve. He is proud to guide an exceptional group of the foremost thought leaders in higher education and join them in providing clients with the best possible return on their investments in these mission-critical areas.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University in Jamaica, New York.
Executive Vice President
Scott is responsible for helping shape and execute the firm's growth strategy. In this capacity, Scott leads the marketing, communication and innovation strategies for driving the company’s growth plans. He also leads EAB’s technology division and serves as executive leader of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility program. During his 20-year tenure with the firm, Scott has held multiple senior roles, including Chief Sales and Marketing officer.
Scott previously taught history at a college preparatory boarding school in Maine and has served on the board of Teach for America. He earned a BA in history from Colby College and was a Fulbright Fellow in Szolnok, Hungary.
Executive Director, New Product Development
Nuruddin joined the EAB team in 2016 and oversees corporate strategy and new product development. Nuruddin previously held various leadership roles at The Advisory Board Company in Corporate Development, New Product Development and Research and also served as General Manager for the Advisory Board’s supply chain business. In addition, Nuruddin previously served as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Toronto.
Nuruddin holds a BS in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School.
