Health Care Coverage


  • Medical and prescription

    We offer two competitive medical plans for eligible employees and their dependents, including a traditional PPO plan and a high-deductible health plan, both with access to comprehensive care and a broad national PPO network. Eligible covered dependents include spouses and children.


  • Dental

    We offer two PPO dental plans for employees and their dependents. Both dental plans include the freedom to select any dentist inside or outside the plan’s national network. The comprehensive coverage includes preventive, basic, and major restorative dental care, as well as orthodontia coverage.


  • Vision

    EAB offers a vision plan that covers employee and covered dependents’ eye exams and corrective eye-care needs.

Finances and Savings


  • Retirement Plan

    EAB offers a 401(k) plan designed to help employees save money for retirement. Employees are automatically enrolled upon joining the company with no waiting period. There is an annual employer match contribution and savings are 100% immediately with fully vested.


  • Commuter Benefits Plan

    We allow employees to allocate pre-tax money toward commuting transit and parking.


  • Flexible Spending Accounts

    This includes health care FSA and dependent care FSA plans, which enable staff to pay for health care and dependent care costs on a pre-tax basis.

  • Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Disability Coverage

    We provide employer-paid group life insurance coverage and AD&D insurance coverage, as well as short- and long-term disability insurance. Also, employees can buy more life and AD&D coverage for themselves and family members.

  • Additional Voluntary Coverage

    Employees can buy accidental injury, critical illness and hospital care insurance to increase financial protection for unplanned accidents, illnesses or hospitalizations.

    The firm provides ample paid holidays and at least 20 paid time-off days annually for vacation, personal, and sick time. Additional paid time off is available to employees for maternity/paternity leave, jury duty, military leave, bereavement, and community service.
