Employee Resource Groups

EAB invests in three groups within our organization to support team members and empower them to actively create and inclusive workplace. They are meant to serve as a place of community, connection and support for team members who identity with particular demographics. Examples include:


Women@EAB promotes a cohesive mission for women at the firm by promoting gender equity and increasing women’s advancement and engagement through a multitude of pathways and opportunities.


The mission of OUT@EAB is to drive positive impact for LGBTQ individuals at the firmand within our broader communities.


The goal of Mosaic is to cultivate, engage, promoteand retain the next generation of highly engaged leaders of color at the forefront of higher education.

Healthy Minds

HealthyMinds@EABis driven by our commitment to promote mental health as one of the many data points that creates our diversity and as a critical part of overall wellness, so that we may all bring our full selves to work.

Our goal is that every team member is empowered to bring the insights informed by their identity, perspective, and experiences to the work we do to make education smarter and our communities stronger.

Catalyst Experiences

  • Intersections Dialogue Series

    Employees from different areas of the firm gather to over a shared meal to discuss topics of interest and expand their community and build a sense of connectedness.

  • Ally Training Program

    Engage with colleagues during interactive sessions and learn how to mitigate bias and be an ally to those around you.

  • Inclusion Insights

    A weekly email is sent to team members with tactical practice tips and insights to enhance a culture of inclusion within your respective team and department.
