Measuring and promoting diversity on campus

Jarrett Carter notes for Education Dive that while schools that made the list should take pride in their recognition, diversity means a number of things. For example, ethnic diversity among students does not account for factors such as race, geography, and faculty diversity, which has a significant influence on campus relations (Carter, Education Dive, 7/20; Jobbins, University World News, 7/13).
