About Caitlin

Caitlin is a senior analyst with the University Research Forum. She works primarily with chief research officers (CROs) to grow and manage the research enterprise. Her research has focused on research administration and infrastructure, and how CROs can streamline processes and maximize available resources to improve the operations of the research enterprise.

Prior to joining EAB, Caitlin worked as a fundraiser on a variety of political campaigns, including multiple U.S. Senate races and statewide races in Virginia, and at a large progressive organization.

Caitlin holds a Master of Science degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University’s H. John Heinz III College. She received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Dickinson College.
