About Diana

Diana Barnes serves as a senior research analyst with the Academic Affairs Forum. She has helped lead EAB’s research on diversity in the academy from the undergraduate achievement gap to the recruitment and retention of underrepresented faculty. She has also helped design research on experiential learning in the undergraduate curriculum and the creation of budget models to target strategic university priorities. Prior to specializing in academic affairs, she worked with the Advancement Forum on topics from incentivizing metrics for major gift officers to parent giving, and with the Student Affairs Forum on sexual assault reporting procedures.

Ms. Barnes holds a bachelor's degree from Princeton University.
