About Jeanine

Jeanine Navarrete joined EAB as a senior research analyst in 2016. As a member of the Student Affairs Forum, she has conducted best practice research on student mental health and campus diversity and inclusion. In her time at EAB, she has also contributed research to the Advancement Forum on disruptive innovations in annual giving.

Before coming to EAB, Dr. Navarrete was an instructor in U.S. History and Urban Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a tutor in the Academic Support Program for Student-Athletes. After completing her bachelor’s degree at Wellesley College, Dr. Navarrete received an M.A. and Ph.D. in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her dissertation used multi-methods research and oral histories to examine the rise of Latino political power in South Florida.
