About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn Maloney is a consultant with the Business Affairs Forum, where she researches strategic and financial issues for chief business officers and their teams. Her focus areas include designing budget models and financial incentives that support institutional goals, developing financially sustainable academic programs, and communicating financial data to campus stakeholders. She also contributes to the Facilities Forum’s research on workforce development and campus design trends.

Prior to joining EAB, Kaitlyn worked in the assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she conducted financial statement audits of companies in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and higher education sectors. She also previously worked as a career coach for undergraduate business students at the George Washington University. Kaitlyn earned an M.S.Ed. in higher education from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, and she graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in accountancy. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois.
