Kristen Marshall serves as a dedicated consultant for Academic Performance Solutions (APS) at EAB. In this role, she manages a team that works closely with members to ensure the analyses and insights shared through the APS partnership address key questions and support institutional strategy.
Kristen brings a dedication to developing a deep understanding of member priorities and challenges to the partnership, along with a commitment to ensuring APS provides actionable decision-support information to campus leaders. Kristen’s expertise in both change management and big data consulting make her a trusted advisor to senior academic leaders focused on enacting change at their institutions.
Prior to joining EAB, Kristen was an education consultant at Gallup where she worked with senior higher education and K-12 leaders to create prosperous schools. Kristen began her career in education as a history teacher in Washington, D.C.
Kristen holds an M.A. in teaching from American University, a B.A. in history and government from Claremont McKenna College, and has completed graduate coursework in history at George Mason University.
