About Larisa

Larisa is a Senior Analyst with the Community College Executive Forum. She works primarily with college leaders to improve student success outcomes. Her research focuses on implementing curricular reforms, promoting equity across student populations, and aligning institutional practices with student needs.

Larisa holds a doctorate and master’s degree in developmental psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she investigated the development of sociopolitical and national identity beliefs, and how those beliefs influence intergroup relations. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Chicago.
