Leonor is a Principal on New Product Development.
While working with Academic Performance Solutions, she focused on generating impactful reports on key enrollment, capacity, cost and student outcome analyses. Her team works to distill insights from swathes of disaggregated human resources, finance, and student information system data in order to build college and department-level metrics and benchmarks to support academic decision-makers.
Prior to her work on Academic Performance Solutions, Leonor managed the data extraction, validation, and analytic processes for EAB's Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation grant. Leonor has also leveraged publicly available and private data sources into EAB's traditional research practices, and built a number of tools and benchmarking platforms for members. Her contributions include the IPEDS-based Enrollment Opportunity and Risk Assessment tool and the Enrollment Performance Diagnostic Platform.
Leonor holds a bachelor’s magna cum laude in psychology from Haverford College and master’s degrees in economics and in economics and public policy from École Polytechnique, Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and École Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Économique (Paris Graduate School of Economics, Statistics and Finance).
