About Mary Allen

Mary Allen DeBold is an Associate Director at EAB, working with our Business Affairs, Facilities, Operations and IT members across the country. In this role, she helps map out EAB services to prospective member needs in a tailored and consultative way, ensuring each institution realizes maximum value from their EAB partnership. Since joining EAB in 2012, Mary Allen has held a variety of roles serving special segments of college leaders, including Canadian members and small masters institutions. Most recently, she spent 2 years overseeing the team supporting members of the Community College Executive Forum and Student Success Collaborative—Navigate.

Prior to EAB, Mary Allen worked in higher education policy and press communications in Governor Nathan Deal’s office in Atlanta, Georgia. Mary Allen also has experience consulting for Electrolux, specifically looking at innovative partnerships between industry and universities.

Mary Allen earned her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and her undergraduate degree in Public Policy from the University of Mississippi’s Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College.
