About Molly

Molly O'Connor joined EAB as a consultant in 2013. As a member of the Student Affairs Forum, she has conducted best practice research on supporting international students and first-generation college students, experiential learning and career development, and the challenges and opportunities facing student affairs practitioners. In her time at EAB, she has also contributed to research for the Advancement Forum on cultivating a culture of giving among current students and optimizing university giving pages.

Before coming to EAB, Ms. O’Connor worked for the Royal Bank of Canada, performing quantitative and qualitative investment research for tax-exempt clients, including nonprofit organizations, professional associations, and endowments.

After completing her bachelor’s degree at Georgetown University, Ms. O’Connor received a master of arts degree in international and comparative education from New York University. While pursuing her graduate studies, she also served as a Fellow with Education Pioneers, an organization dedicated to transforming K-12 education in the U.S.
