Molly O'Connor is a senior consultant with EAB’s Enrollment Management Forum. She leads EMF’s Marketing and Recruiting Effectiveness Center (MREC), a research initiative dedicated to identifying and vetting the most promising and innovative solutions to members’ core marketing challenges. In her time at EAB, she has also contributed to research for the Student Affairs Forum on supporting international students and first-generation college students, experiential learning and career development, and student hunger and homelessness.
Before coming to EAB, Ms. O’Connor worked for the Royal Bank of Canada, performing quantitative and qualitative investment research for tax-exempt clients, including nonprofit organizations, professional associations, and endowments.
After completing her bachelor’s degree at Georgetown University, Ms. O’Connor received a master of arts degree in international and comparative education from New York University. While pursuing her graduate studies, she also served as a Fellow with Education Pioneers, an organization dedicated to transforming K-12 education in the U.S.
