About Rachael

Rachael Kauss is a senior analyst with the Business Affairs Forum, currently researching how universities maximize efficiency when transitioning to shared services models. Previously, Rachael worked with the Facilities Forum, where she contributed to research on space utilization, deferred and preventive maintenance, campus planning, and customer satisfaction surveys in Facilities management. She also spearheaded a small research project for the Facilities Forum on creating gender-inclusive restrooms on campus.

Prior to joining EAB, Rachael worked as a researcher at the Council on Foreign Relations. Rachael holds a bachelor’s degree in history and international studies from Northwestern University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University.
