Sarah Parrott joined EAB Financial Aid Optimization Services in 2017 with over two decades of experience as a researcher, practitioner, consultant, and thought leader in higher education. She has successfully partnered with numerous institutions to optimize their enrollment management outcomes, from recruitment to graduation and beyond. Sarah is also a recognized author and speaker on higher education issues in the U.S. and abroad. Sarah’s secret for enrollment success is simple: brilliantly execute on the fundamentals and treat your students the way you expect to be treated.
Prior to joining EAB Financial Aid Optimization Services, Sarah served as Vice President at Maguire Associates and as a Director of Enrollment Services and Institutional Research at Brandeis University. She also held positions at Tufts University and UCLA’s Higher Education Research Institute.
Sarah holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education and Organizational Change from UCLA, two Master’s degrees (Experimental Psychology and Education), a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Music degree in Violin Performance from California State University, Northridge.
