Summary

Different types of affiliation agreements exist between financially autonomous institutions. This brief examines affiliate agreements in place at various institutions across the United States and Canada and the policies regarding admission, faculty quality assurance, and academic program development in place to ensure that academic standards are consistent across affiliate institutions.
