Summary

As administrators consider how to attract additional students, they increasingly turn to collaborative programs with other institutions to offer academic programs otherwise unavailable to students (e.g., three-two programs through which students earn both a bachelor of science and master of engineering degree). This report examines how institutions establish agreements for collaborative programs, distribute revenue and costs, and evaluate the success of programs.
