What types of memberships and member benefits do museums offer?  What trends have administrators witnessed in membership enrollment?

Summary

Many museums have witnessed lower membership numbers in recent years.  This brief examines how museum administrators from non-urban institutions attract institution-affiliated and community members.  This brief also discusses of how museum administrators integrate technology within museums and the benefits of providing online access to collections.
