Summary

Our research team examined how liberal arts institutions with graduate students collect and report benchmarking data in academic affairs that relate to the quality of student learning, teaching, advising, service, and the fiscal productivity of academic departments and support services. Our analysis also details how administrators use this data in post-tenure review processes and in reports to governing boards, accreditors, and faculty.
