About the Webconference

Each year the demands on the performance of major gift officers increase. Many institutions have turned to metrics to ensure they’re seeing the highest performance possible from their fundraisers while maintaining an environment to retain them. Still, many institutions struggle to fully hold fundraisers accountable to their metric performance and find their performance management system falling flat. This webconference explores how to create accountability mechanisms, build incentive structures to guide behavior, and use performance data to influence day to day decision making.
