Given the explosive growth in the non-profit space and the competition for donors, it is not a surprise that many organizations are investing more in engaging diverse constituencies. Female enrollment at colleges and universities has been on the rise since the mid-20th century, and females now account for nearly 60 percent of all college and university enrollments. Their giving, however, has often not been the same as male alumni giving. This webinar will provide participants with the tools and information they need to more effectively and strategically think about engaging alumnae and ultimately increase their giving habits.
