About the Webconference

Institutions are facing increasing media, legal, and governmental pressure to improve compliance practices as part of broader risk management efforts. This two-part webconference series will help members understand structures, strategies, and practices for improving compliance across a highly autonomous organization and the benefits of investing in compliance.

We'll profile how other institutions are formalizing accountability across departments, disseminating policies and compliance practices, and facilitating regular reporting of unit compliance status to administrators and the governing board.

Materials presented in this first part of the webconference series will help you:

  • Understand the challenges underpinning compliance efforts, including the identification and monitoring of compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with other administrators and subject-matter experts to identify and publicize solutions to compliance issues
