About the Webconference

The CBO role has always required a “triple threat” of skills—strategy, finance, and operation—that’s more critical than ever, not only in finance and administration, but also across an academy needing to adopt to new budget realities (but lacking the experience to do so).

This presentation highlights new decision support mechanisms, incentive structures, and infrastructure changes that are allowing finance and admin leaders to play a larger role in preserving their university’s financial futures within a system of shared governance.
