As community colleges strive to provide affordable ways for high school students to earn college credit, institutions have developed dual enrollment and Tech Prep programs in conjunction with state grant guidelines. This brief profiles five institutions’ approaches to granting college credit to high school students in technical and vocational courses.  Included are strategies for allocation of faculty, fair transfer of credits, and marketing of dual credit programs.
