Summary

University administrators may choose to automate human resources functions to save staff time and minimize paper processing of documents like applications, employment contracts, and faculty credentials. This report examines the technologies used to automate office processes, outcomes resulting from the automation, and challenges administrators experienced when adopting the new process.
