About the Webconference

From unprecedented budget cuts and declining enrollments among traditional undergraduates, COE units throughout the country feel more urgency than ever to grow enrollments and revenue. Tasked with increasing overall revenue as much as 20 percent—and unable to justify previous years’ spending on new faculty and staff—COE units are shifting their focus from new launches to existing offerings. In this series, we highlight strategies to repackage and reposition existing courses, programs, and expertise to exceed enrollment and revenue targets.

In Part I of this series, we explore new innovations in stackable and modular program design. Beyond certificate-to-degree pathways, this webconference highlights strategies for securing repeat enrollments and creating student-designed programs in interdisciplinary fields.
