About the Webconference

From unprecedented budget cuts and declining enrollments among traditional undergraduates, COE units throughout the country feel more urgency than ever to grow enrollments and revenue. Tasked with increasing overall revenue as much as 20 percent—and unable to justify previous years’ spending on new faculty and staff—COE units are shifting their focus from new launches to existing offerings. In this series, we highlight strategies to repackage and reposition existing courses, programs, and expertise to exceed enrollment and revenue targets.

In Part II of this series, we explore external opportunities for growth—from articulation agreements with bootcamp providers to employer partnerships—that reach untapped student markets and expand the geographic reach of COE programs.
