One of the major challenges with building a more robust preventive maintenance (PM) program is ensuring critical PM tasks actually get done. Staff often prioritize reactive needs because they perceive them to be more important—and more rewarding. Facilities leaders recognize the need to complete PM tasks, but aren’t sure how to guarantee that work gets done.

This webinar explores two strategies to increase the volume of PM. First, leveraging the staffing model to lock in the amount of PM work that staff complete. Then, combatting the potential pitfalls of asking staff to complete more PM tasks through building a culture of stewardship.
