Over the past decade, the volume of data collected by facilities departments has increased exponentially. Nonetheless, most facilities administrators feel that they lack actionable information for making better, more data-driven decisions.

The problem is that, although many institutions have invested in data capture technologies, few have succeeded in building effective dashboards around key measures of success, ensuring that measures remain up-to-date and accurate, and communicating that information to key stakeholders in an actionable way.
