At many public universities, a significant number of undergraduate students pursues part-time employment.  However, many institutions struggle to organize the student employment function in order to provide efficient part-time job search assistance.  This brief examines how several public institutions structure the student employment function; conduct student employment programming; and expand outreach to publicize services to students, faculty and employers.
