Campuses institute alcohol policies to enforce state law and promote student safety. This report describes the different systems institutions use to reduce alcohol policy violations (e.g. fines, points, educational discussions) and the strengths and weaknesses of these systems. The report also details how administrators create and introduce these systems, and how staff evaluate success of violation responses.
