Divisional Health and Investment Analysis

What is the Divisional Health and Investment Analysis?

EAB launched the Divisional Health and Investment Analysis (DHIA) last summer in response to member demand for cross-institutional benchmarking data they could use to more effectively plan for their division's future.

The DHIA survey allows student affairs divisions to quickly evaluate budget and staffing levels, changing portfolios, and evolving divisional priorities. Leaders can use their data, along with comparable information from institutions across the United States and Canada, to inform strategic planning, right size current allocations, determine areas for future investment, and make the case for additional resources.

Members who complete DHIA receive a customized benchmarking report comparing their institution with other participating members and like institutions across North America.
