About the resource center
To support your efforts, the University Systems Forum has developed an online resource center for implementing and sustaining shared services across your system. The resources were created through an extensive literature review and more than 60 interviews with system leaders across the United States.
In addition, EAB created templates and checklists to supplement system-specific resources. Our goal is to help system executives and their campus-level colleagues accelerate implementation and improve existing shared services.
